Foued, 22 years old, Tunisian but based in Italy, recruited by YEU (Youth for Exchange and Understanding International).

Why are you here?

I have participated in numerous Youth in Action and Erasmus+ Cultural Exchange programmes all over Europe and I have even helped to organise some Erasmus+ events and training courses myself. Following the time I’ve spent studying business in Italy, I would love to design a project bringing French people and migrants together in a real sharing of skills and experiences.

Favourite moment on the project so far?

The weekend with the scouts when we explored outside of Paris – we had such a great welcome from the French scout network.

Your strengths and a weakness:

It has to be my language skills – I can speak a few! On this project, I would like to focus on my French and Arabic language skills.

How do you relax?

Spending time with friends, eating falafel and having a delicious drink in a bar…

If you had a theme song, what would it be?

It would have to be Leggero by Ligabue:

If you were a film character, who would it be?

Charlie Chaplin’s Little Tramp:
